National Women Entrepreneur's Award 2008
Julia Chong, CEO and Founder of The Truly Loving Company, was awarded the second runner-up (Main Category) to the National Women Entrepreneur's Award 2008 for her outstanding efforts in creating a social enterprise based on a for-profit philanthropy business model.
In 2006, TLC became the first social enterprise in Malaysia to use a corporate profit model to develop, manufacture and market the TLC brand of high quality household cleaning products to the public.
